Welcome to the revival.

We’re praying for the Holy Spirit to awaken the church in Albany.

Every Thursday at 6:30pm at the Empire State Plaza (yes, outside).

If it’s freezing or rainy, we may meet elsewhere downtown. Check our facebook page on Thursdays if the weather is bad.

Every time we get together to pray, God does something amazing and unexpected. Here’s where we’ll write about our prayer meetings and post other revival-related thoughts.

Prayer Journal Week 38 – Psalm 51

Worship has begun to be a bigger and bigger part of our gatherings, and tonight we sang a handful of songs as we prayed. Just sprinkled in as the Spirit gave them to us. We also listened to Cindy read David’s cry of repentance in Psalm 51. After she read it... read more

Prayer Journal Week 37 – It’s begun!

During tonight’s prayer meeting we were joined by a young lady named Alyssa who has been visiting local prayer meetings with her ministry partner and praying with the Church to see revival in our area. Her visit was a blessing on a number of levels, and the... read more

Prayer Journal Week 35 – Humanism & Preparedness

This week we spent some time just listening to the Holy Spirit and consequently praying against the spirit of Humanism in our churches—against moral relativism, compromise of truth, passivity, and cultural cowardice. We also prayed for the church to be prepared. We... read more

Prayer Journal Week 34 – Prayer for Warriors

For the second week in a row our prayer group was confronted with the very personal nature of the enemy’s oppression in our city. As complacency is cast down, the contrast between light and darkness will grow. Confrontation has already begun, and more is... read more

Prayer Journal Week 26 – Like a child

“At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, ‘Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?’ He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: ‘Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like... read more

Prayer Journal Week 25 – Humility

“You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or... read more

Prayer Journal Week 18 – The Pillar of Business

Prayer Journal Week 17: Thanksgiving

Open to me the gates of righteousness,     that I may enter through them     and give thanks to the Lord. This is the gate of the Lord;     the righteous shall enter through it. I thank you that you have answered me     and have become my salvation. The stone that the... read more

We’re passionate about revival

Not an event or an organization, but a group of believers praying for repentance, humility, and unity in the body of Christ in the Capital Region. That's revival: new life.

The prayer of Jesus:
“I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me."
John 17:20-23 ESV
